FBC Imposes Ban On All Club Activities
The Fourah Bay College administration has placed a total ban on clubbing activities on its campus, prohibiting all engagements including gatherings, processions chanting and any organised group activities conducted under student club auspices.
The decision, according to a statement released on Saturday and signed by the Deputy Registrar Brima Bah, follows two days of violent clashes on campus.
Investigations are ongoing to identify those involved while the campus has been placed under full security coverage, the statement further said.
The administration also warned that firm disciplinary actions will be taken against those who violate the directive.
